Our Surface Mounted Diesel Heater Enclosure is uniquely designed around the Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Diesel Heater, taking advantage of the Webasto's 90° vertical mounting capability. The diesel heater enclosure is not designed to fit a specific camper or trailer brand. There are specific interior mounting brackets and cover plates to fit both mid-size and full-size Alu-Cab Canopy Campers and MODCap Campers in both the rear passenger and driver side corners. And, there is also a Universal Kit for use with any style camper, trailer or DIY build that has the appropriate size flat surface to mount on.
The Diesel Heater Enclosure is split to a 50/50 setup, keeping the fuel tank, fuel pump, exhaust and intake on the outside of the camper. The heater and controls are mounted within the inside enclosure. Since the heater is located inside the camper, the air is recirculated and monitored via the SmarTemp bluetooth controls. No extra air hoses are needed. The outside enclosure houses a custom aluminum fuel tank with electronic fuel sensor integrated within the tank. Fuel capacity is approximately 1.15 gallons.
The unique design of our Surface Mounted Diesel Heater Enclosure keeps all fuel lines and electrical lines hidden so that there is no danger of snagging anything while enjoying off-road trail rides.
Ease of Use and Simplicity were key when designing our Surface Mounted Diesel Heater Enclosure. Once installed, you only need to remove the included exhaust and intake plugs and push start. That's it! There is nothing more to do.

We suggest using an extra length of exhaust pipe if you have any type of awning or overhang that might trap exhaust fumes. We also HIGHLY suggest the use of a high quality carbon monoxide detector inside the enclosed space.

2026 Wrangler installed easily with the supplied hardware. The fit is great and with the slotted mounting holes I was able to position it where I wanted it. Very good finish. I mounted an auxiliary waterproof fuse block, a RVI towed battery charger and still have room for a small relay box. I highly recommend this bracket to keep your electrical installs secure and organized.

Really like this product. Works great and well built
This was super easy to install and has enough clearance. Compressor feels snug and in place. The original wiring harness barely fits; to clean it up and not have extra tension on the cables will need to re-wire which can be expected since harnesses aren't one size fits all. Overall, super happy with it.
The brushless compressor just barely fits in this space, but the bracket from 813 makes it possible with just enough clearance to the surrounding parts. Well done!
Definitely love the handle as my wife too make getting in and out easier.
