RETURN POLICY

15 day return is accepted on unused / uninstalled items. Returned / cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to credit card and shipping processing fees. Buyer must pay return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and inspect to assure that no damage has occurred during the return shipping process and that the item can be resold as new, we will then determine if a full refund can be processed. 

If returning an item, please assure that you have safely packaged all material and parts before shipping to prevent shipping damage. 813 Fabrication & Design is not responsible for the safe return of orders. Please be sure to include shipping insurance on your returned item in case damage occurs during shipping.
